Hi, my name is *******, and I’m a YouTube addict.

That pretty much sums up what I’ve been up to all week (hence the lack of update). I’ve played the faithful role of YouTube zombie over the past 7 days. I got rickrolled by YouTube on April Fools; lol’ed on several hilarious game show bloopers; had a kick out of the anime hunt skit; Caramelldansened (Caramel Danced) to no less than ten variations of the same crap; and then mesmerized by yet another bajillion versions of this utter insanity. What can I say, those crazy Japanese crack me up any day in the year!

But the one video that amazed me the most this weekend is some amazing diabolo (not diablo) talent. Watch it after the jump.

American Idol this year was a bit different. It showcased better talents during the first round than we’ve seen in previous years, and less “comedic” moments that we have come to love (who can ever forget those She Bangs Like a Virgin moments…. I probably should rearrange the orders of the song titles). Perhaps the American Idol no longer provides us the entertainment we seek for, but fret not! There are idol else where stepping up to bring smile to our face, and sore to our ears. Video clip after the jump.

Decided to tune in to The Simpson’s once again this past Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised by the new episode Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson’s Mind. Thought still not quite on par with its earlier years, this is one of the better, if not the best, episode I’ve seen in recent years. Tens of movie/pop culture references in this episode (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Game, YouTube…. etc). Here’s one YouTube spoof from this past episode. If you’re a YouTube addict like I am, you’d know what this is in reference to. Enjoy!

Quick update.

Recently I started watching TV’s again, and noticed that I’m getting hooked on what BBC America has to offer. Gotta say, after all these years, I do start to miss those good ol’ British Drama. Yeah I still enjoy some American TV series (Heroes and House are two decent shows). But I’ve gotta say, the acting, writing, and directing these BBC shows have a lot more depth than most of the “poppy” American counter-parts nowadays…

Click through to find a few shows I’m currently watching and recommend everyone to check it out if you get a chance:
